Sandwich panel
Kabir Panel Company is a producer and manufacturer of sandwich panels with one of the most advanced European production lines (Continuous). Kabir Panel products meet national standards and international certifications. What has ensured the continuity of production and sales for Kabir Panel is the direct sale of its products without intermediaries.
Kabir Panel has produced more than 50 million square meters of sandwich panels and has supplied them in domestic markets and other countries.
Kabirpanel roof and wall panels are produced in thicknesses of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, and 15 centimeters with a useful width of 1 meter and variable length according to customer orders.
The non-useful width of wall panels is 102 centimeters, and the non-useful width of ceiling panels is 108 centimeters.
The covering sheets can be made of galvanized sheet, aluzinc, aluminum, foil, or craft paper.
Solid foam is resistant to solvents, lubricants, mineral oils, acids, thinners, inappropriate fumes from factories, as well as fungi and microbes, and does not decay under any circumstances.
Kabir Panel products are resistant to plant growth and, due to their lack of odor and health hazards for humans and animals, have a special advantage.
The impossibility of pests living inside the foam makes it the best type of insulation used in various types of roof, wall, and floor coatings for cold storage.
Dimensions of produced sandwich panels
Sandwich panels are made in various dimensions and sizes tailored to each structure.
Sandwich panels are manufactured in various dimensions and sizes tailored to each structure. This product, with its long lifespan, can be reused in other structures.
Sandwich panels with one side metal coating
Sandwich panels made with one side metal coating and the other side aluminum foil or paper are the best materials for false ceilings and covering industrial buildings and warehouse sheds.
Another use of this type of sandwich panel is for covering old or brick walls for cladding and thermal and sound insulation.
Specifications of Kabir Panel covering sheets
Kabir Panel covering sheets use pre-painted galvanized and aluzinc sheets with a thickness of 0.4 millimeters or 0.5 millimeters, and aluminum sheets with a thickness of 0.7 millimeters.
The sheets used in Kabir sandwich panels have the following technical specifications:
• Thickness of outer layer sheet: 0.5 or 0.4 millimeters (in galvanized and aluzinc panels)
• Thickness of inner layer sheet: 5 or 0.4 millimeters (in galvanized and aluzinc panels)
• Thickness of outer layer sheet: 0.7 (in aluminum panels)
• Thickness of inner layer sheet: 0.7 (in aluminum panels)
• Reinforced aluminum foil (threaded) and aluminum foil layer
Polyurethane foam and its applications
Hard polyurethane foams are currently one of the best-known materials with practical applications in thermal works in various industrial and construction fields, etc., examples of which include refrigerators, insulation of tanks and reservoirs, and liquid transport pipes.
Production process of polyurethane foam
To produce polyurethane, abbreviated as PU, there is always a need for a group of chemicals called:
1. Polyol
2. Isocyanate
In the foam production process, there is a need for other materials such as:
1. Foam agent, which is the gas (Blowing Agent)
2. Activators
It should be noted that when these materials are combined, considerable heat is generated, which is used to evaporate volatile substances like Blowing Agent, and this process also produces expansion of the foam.
Among the properties of these materials are the ability to produce with different densities and the ability to adhere to different metallic and non-metallic layers without the need for glue, as well as having various capacities and sizes.
Sandwich panels are made in various dimensions for customers. Also, due to the high variety of colors in these sandwich panels, individuals can use different designs and colors in the construction of their sandwich panel structures.
Roof sandwich panel
Kabir Panel roof sandwich panels have been redesigned based on research and investigation of technical problems that have occurred in the productions of some previous companies in Iran. They are produced with higher compressive and flexural strength, as well as better waterproofing and sealing.
Kabir Panel ceiling panels are produced in five steps, which enhances their beauty and strength.
Installation Steps for Kabiir Panel Sandwich Panels
Types of sandwich panels for installation:
1. Sandwich Panel with Hidden Screws: In this type of sandwich panel, each panel is screwed into place, and then the next panel is placed in a way that hides the screw on it. These panels enhance the aesthetic of the work due to the concealed screws.
2. Locking Sandwich Panel: These panels have locks that connect the panels together at the block joints. This type of panel is mostly used in cold rooms.
3. Sandwich Panel with Male and Female Connection: These panels have angles at the connection point that fit together seamlessly and are fastened to the ceiling or wall by screws.
The use of these types of sandwich panels is highly suitable for covering environments that face high moisture.
Aluzinc and galvanized sheets are available in rolls. The thickness of Aluzinc sheets ranges from 0.5 to 0.7 millimeters, and the thickness of aluminum sheets ranges from 0.5 to 0.7 millimeters, which are used for construction purposes.
The thickness of the panels for wall sandwich panels ranges from 3 to 15 centimeters, and for roof sandwich panels, it ranges from 2 to 10 centimeters. Additionally, the width of these panels is often 1 meter, and their length varies from 1 to 12 meters depending on customer requirements.
– Installation of Roof Sandwich Panels:
– In this type of installation, panels are placed on secondary beams using lightweight profiles such as 40×40 or 80×40.
– First, the gutter (eaves) is installed, and then Z-section profiles are used.
– Panels are connected to the substructure using galvanized self-drilling screws with washers.
– A rope tied to the panel box is used for moving the panels.
– After lifting the panels, they are firmly secured to the roof support structure according to the length and direction of installation.
– Installation of Wall Sandwich Panels:
– The location for mounting the panels should be inspected by the installation contractor.
– The height of the scaffold should be such that it does not damage the panels.
– Sandwich panels are placed in their position using a level and completely flat and then screwed to the substructure.
– Finally, for aesthetic and waterproofing purposes, flashing is applied.
For the installation of both types of sandwich panels, special washer screws should be used, and finally, silicone adhesives and adhesive tapes are also used to improve sealing.
